1/2 B&M No limit hand advice

I'm in my local B&M in the Big Blind with 7h5h. Very LOOSE AGGRESSIVE game. I know that a strong raises means nothing in this table. Very profitable, but can also hurt the BR if you're not catching anything. Anyways, EP raises to $15 and 5 people behind him call. YES, 5 people. I'm getting 5-1 on my money so hell yea I'm going to call. I know you guys are going to dispute this, but I feel it was a good call and this is not the point of the post. The flop comes Qh 10h 5d. I check EP checks and 4th positions who is VERY LOOSE AGGRESSIVE bets out $100--believe me I've seen him call and raise some crazy hands. Late position who is short stack calls with his last $50. Hmm... I don't really care about LP $50, but start thinking about what the bettor has. I figured the worst I'm up against is a set and most likely AQ, KK, AA, or Q 10.. If I'm up against a set I'm a 2-1 dog, however if he has a pair or an over pair (which is what I think he has) I'm 1-1 to win the hand since any 5, 7 or heart gives me the best hand.The pot is laying me a bit more than 2-1. What would you guys do? My roll is about $200 at this point. I will write outcomes after a few responses.

I think you're drawing almost dead here. My money says he has or or something similar. Either way I think he has you and I would fold to that bet. You don't have too much of a hand and don't have that much in the pot yet.

I don't think your preflop call was bad, I would have called also, but the flop missed you a little too much. I've seen lots of people overplay suited connectors with flops like that before. If the flop had been something like then i would have simply gone overtop of him for my whole stack, but that flop doesn't warrant calling a huge overbet.

Fold and wait for a better spot.

Fisrt of all, you are a 3-1 dog to a set, not 2-1. You 2-1 to hit your flush, but he has outs to a boat which make it a total of 3-1. If the guy is crazy as you say, he doesnt need to have a set here to make that bet.

The problem I have with calling preflop is that the best you can hope for is this exact situation. You have a pair and flush draw, but because of all the callers, the pot is quite big already compared to your stack.

Thats why I dont like calling a large raise in a multiway pot with suited connector type hands. Even when you hit the flop, you dont have any room to manuever because of the pot size. You got the flop you wanted, go all in. Hes going to call though, so you have to be prepared for the large swings that come with this play if youre going to call preflop.

By the way, unless hes an idiot (which he may be) he doesnt have an overpair.

B&M's can be so loose sometimes. I don't really like drawing to the flush w/ small/medium suited connectors.
This past summer I was frequently playing in a extremely loose NL home game. The hand would start exactly like you describe in your post, I would play w/ my small suited connetors, flop a 4-flush, make my hand, end up with tons/all of my chips in the pot, and somebody whose entire poker educations in a half dozen WPT shows would flip over T3 or the same suit. You played that!? Yup, he played that. In the really loose games, I want to make a nut flush, that's about it. And it great too, because someone who made the T3 flush can't wait to pay you off.
One of the main stregnths of calling a raise w/ 75s is it's hard for your opponet to put you on it and your hand is very well disguised. For this to be an advantage, your opponets need to be thinking about the game. These guys don't sound like they are thinking much at all.

Here is what happened. The pot was already close to $250. If I made a move it would have to be all in or fold since I only had about $200 remaining. I decided to move right there. I was paying $200 to collect $350 so I was getting 2.5-1 on my money on the odds that if I hit my hand I would win.The loose aggressive player turns over AsAd (yes Iceman he actually had an overpair, freaking idiot). Great, now all I need is a 5,7 or heart just like I thought. The turn came a rag diamond and the river another rag diamond. I bust out. LAP collects side pot, late position player picks up main pot with 3d4d, wtf? Anyways, I guess this type of situation is when poker becomes less skill and you rely on odds and the poker gods to swing it your way. I should have folded the hand either preflop or on the flop. Should i get my head examine? Was this a really bad move or tough break on not catching? This play has haunted me for a few days now.
