guaranteed ones are good if they don't get enough buy-ins to exceed the guarantee (i.e., the site offers an overlay).

200K guarantee on FTP.. Every Sunday..

Like 10 pro's in it always.. busting out early and 45k is just shining.

What's the buy-in for the 200K guaranteed at FTP?

Yesterday I played a 10k guaranteed (15+1.5 buy-in) tourney at Pacific (utilizing their "free" $100 bonus); 730 players started and I was busted out on 41st spot, payout was about $50. Not too much from 3 hours of playing but still a satisfying result. This is definitely better than the one at Cryptos ($5k with 20+2 buy-in).

Pacific do $10k guaranteed freezeouts for $15+$1.50 - several times a day.

To be honest I prefer the smaller sites $10-20 freezouts - with about 200 players rather than 800+ you get more practice at ITM/top table play.

I play on B2B, Crypto and iPoker ones fairly regularly.

As for rebuys I tend to stick to $3-5 ones and always take the first rebuy - if I'm still in at the end of the first hour I add-on. If I bust out then that;s it for me in the absence of a big overlay.

Hmm... I haven't liked playing ring games in smaller sites due to poor table selection possibilities but haven't really thought that small sites could be good for tourneys just because of the smaller number of players.

What smaller sites would you recommend? I don't think you can call Crypto a smaller site, IMO it has quite a lot of sites in the network, but how about B2B or iPoker, do those have guaranteed tourneys with smaller number of players?

I think that perhaps Bodog is currently the smallest site where I have an account and I guess Empire as well although I understand Party is going to join it to its network soon. Hmm... I have an account in Poker.Com as well, don't know about its size though.

The $50k guaranteed at Pacific sounds pretty sweet, but I don't want to invest over half of my $100 roll in Pacific to that and I don't really care too much about satellites, I feel that I do much better when there are several (like tens or over hundred) positions that get paid.

cryptos are small sites if you play at odd hours for the eurpoeans.

Personally, I'm pretty fond of the $10 rebuy tournaments that are held every few hours on Pokerstars - especially the one around 10pm eastern time. Although the guarantee is always met, there's a lot of dead money in the tourney as long as you can retrict yourself on the rebuys.

I see you have the Pacific $10k GTD on the list. IMO that is an excellent MTT to spend the free $100 bonus money... ;)

I played it a week ago and finished at 41st position (netted $32.77) when 730 players started. Today I'm playing it again.

Stars has a $3 satellite to its $1M guaranteed every sunday. I highly recommend it, as it's rebuy and crazy, stupid players will double you over and over, and you really have a good shot at winning a buyin with little investment. Of course, even cashing in a $1M GTD tournament is basically equivalent to placing 3rd in a $5K GTD, so your odds are far better of getting paid enough for your time. I accomplished this feat in my first appearance this Sunday.

I also noticed UB has a $125K GTD on Sundays that didnt quite make the min players last time, the underlay was about $13K. Not too much, but every buck is nice.

Paradise has a $60K for $30 every night that I'm going to get into most likely. Depends on the players. Anyone play there?

I keep a list of the "best" tourneys on the internet gathered by logging into the sites every couple of days and looking around. Strongly recommend that. GL

Bodog has good Guranteed MTT that usually dont get met.

For Example I am playing in a 4K guaranteed ($15 +1) tourney right now that started with 192 people.... so there is an extra $1,120 added
