A situation came up in a hand that prompted me to clear this up. This $50 FR
I was in the CO w/ facing an EP raise of $1.50(stack 9.50) and a call from MP(stack 9.00). I decided to fold based on what I currently know about implied odds.

I have read that you don't want to call with a PP if the villians stack is not more than 10x's the raised amount.
The problem adding some confusion is that I have seen this range from 8-20x's.
So my ?'s here are:
Did I make the correct play here based on implied odds?
In general is 10x's the correct number?
