What to do on 3rd Street here?

This is a discussion I'm having on another forum. I'm in big disagreement with another poster over how third street should have been played here. Anybody care to weigh in?

HERO believes he made his first big mistake on 4th. I believe 3rd was where he messed up.

JJ seems vulnerable, so i'd raise on 3rd. but that's purely from a theoretical armchair analysis. you know i don't play stud.

raise or not, i don't think the result would be much different. he still loses to kings up.
