Lets take this one action at a time.

Flop: You would really like to be in position on hands like this because the worse thing that can happen to you is missing everything on the turn and having to facing a pot sized bet. That being said I would re-raise the flop. There is already a TON of dead money in the pot and this will prevent you from being pushed off this hand if you miss the turn. I also like this play because with 5 callers on the flop there very well could be another 2,3 who just got priced in to draw at the nut low. A re-raise will hopefully force the other nut low draws out.

Turn: Not much you can do here but thank staymooney for pricing you to continue, call, and pray. Again, let me stress how lucky you were here to not face a pot sized bet heads up.

River: It is close but I would curse the gods and call. If my math is right you are in a > $75 side pot and you only have to call another $9. I think that you are beat almost all the time but the odds are too good to fold.

Overall I think that you played the turn and river correctly but by not re-raising the flop you gave yourself some difficult decisions that you didn't have to make.
