I thought this was an interesting hand.

After looking over the hand I think the turn is a clear push, but I'll wait for responses before giving my thoughts. UTG+2 is 50/1/1, MP3 is weak tight

as a general rule, i like to be the aggressor if i know the money is all going in, so in that sense, i think it's fine. with two others still in the hand and five on the flop, i think it's fairly likely that the flush is out, and probably the nut flush. you have to catch a low or fill up.

another case for betting is that you might be able to clean up your low or your high if MP3 has A2 or QQ.

the only case for checking is if you think that villain will try to slowplay his flush or bet small and give you good odds to chase your draws. this way you'll save money if you miss, yet you'll probably be able to get a soild value bet out of villain (for most or all of the rest of his stack) if you hit. it's scary how often i see people slowplay the nuts when their hand is vulnerable.

Phil: I'd probably limp with this hand in EP and try to checkraise the flop. But then, I know next to nothing about this game so ignore me. On the turn, I admire your courage.

Mute: did you do anything specific to overcome the stress of playing with bigger money? Even though my entire roll is winnings, and even though I only need a small part of my winnings to finance other expensive hobbies, I'm still pretty pissed if I lose anything over 5% of my roll, simply because I think about what I could have done with that money instead of giving it to some donk...
