but also from the fact that they both have 23 showing, and one has a Q and one a 7, they could easily be blocking each other for low so making a low, let alone a straight too may be difficult, especially for the Q guy. Juskimo could easily have a made low but at best he has a gutshot to a straight. If he has a better hand that Moneymaker for higher right now, or a pair, he in a marginal situation to win high or low so definitely shouldn't be raising it up.
