He "slowplayed" the nut low draw, waiting until the turn to put in his raise when he would have closed the betting by calling (Thank you!).

YODA_03 doesn't show two pairs, nines and twos.
Calling a capped pot preflop with T985, tagging along on a paired flop with no pair and no draw even though it is capped and calling a capped turn with TPNK. Still, he was the only one who actually had a hand on the end.
