I don't think playing tight, especially at the low limit tables ($100 and below) is really a problem as long as you are aggressive when you play. If there are observant opponents watching you they may try to steal once in a while if you are too timid but if they see you playing tight and aggressive you take away a lot of their tools to attack you.

As far as getting little action on you big hands goes thats just the result of the fear you instill in them as a tight aggressive player.

The fact your only raising ~3% may lead you to play scared when your playing your raised pots. The more you raise the less of a deal it is, you gain confidence.

My advice is to open your raising range in LP and raise at least 66+ and KQ+ sometimes lessor hands when you havent raised for a while (TJs, KJs). You'll be suprised how often everyone behind you folds (well I often am at PR 100nl FR)). Also remember if your raising more PF then you may want to CB slightly less, its not a crime to not CB if you feel the flop could well of hit you villan and your oop.
