$10 UB SNG. Headsup versus the mega-lucky super-donk. He's been quite loose (40% VPIP) and aggressive (20% PFR) before headsup. I've seen the hands he's raised and called with, and I am not impressed with his play whatsoever. He throws out small bets to nearly any check.
Blinds are 150/300. I'm SB with and complete. He checks behind.
Flop is .
I check intending on calling him down to the river. He bets small, I call.
Turn
Still going with my plan. Check - he bets, I call.
River
Yep, he'll fire again with trash. He small bets again and I call.
He had , so I guess he paired on river.
After that hand, he only had 2800 chips left and I had about 9500. Next hand he open-folds. Then I pickup in the SB. He only has 2500 chips left. I have a decent hand for the situation and push all-in. He quickly calls with [6c] and flops a pair of 7s. He wins the hand.
Next hand I have in the BB. He limps, I raise 4x BB, he raises a small amount. I really don't buy it, this guy is a mega-donk, and I have AJ headsup. I push all-in for the rest of his chips. He calls with and flops a pair of 5s. Bleh.
I tell him "aren't you just mr. lucky"
He responds "yep"
Next hand I have J9s in the SB. I only have 2800 or so chips and push all-in. He calls with K4o and flops two-pair.
Ah well, I put my money in as the favorite a few times and lost. And 2nd isn't that bad.
