UTG and UTG+1 limp. I raise to 12 in the BB with [Ac]. They both call.

UTG is very tight passive. UTG+1 is very loose.

Pot 36. Flop [Ts][8h]. I bet 30. UTG folds and UTG+1 raises to 90. We both started the hand with 300. Easy fold? I decided to push instead but I wonder how bad that is?

Hes pretty loose and hes a gambler. He could have anything from J9 to T9 to 99 to a set to AJ.

If I just call, the board is going to do nothing but get worse. I think its push or fold. Thoughts?

He called with [6h] and hit his flush. Of course he was a slight favorite but my play was still +EV based on how much money was already in the pot. I just hate to think I lost 300BBs with one pair. I still cant decide what I think about this hand, but its one that Ive been thinking about all day.

that just a shitty situation where a villain could have a lot of things, especially at your level where the play is slightly more advanced. a good player could be raising for a free card on the turn, raising because of an overpair, straight draw, flush draw, straight and flush draw, etc. I don't hate how you played it.

Yeah, 150BBs Way too many to lose in one hand. The last time I 150BBs or more in one hand was over a year ago.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who hates coinflipping for big money like that. Yes there's the overlay from the money already in the pot so you have to do it, but it's no fun.

B2B doesn't "stand for" anything, as far as I know, it's just the name of a particular network of sites.

I play mostly shortish sessions of about an hour to an hour and a half. Because of that I dont run into a lot of spots where both me and the other guy both have 150 or more BBs. For both of us to have that big a stack and the other guy to be willing to get all in with a flush draw would be very rare. I dont think Ive even had it happen.

In my past 35K hands at 6 max, Ive still yet to run into AA when I had KK.
