If being short encourages you to play poorly the playing short would be a bad idea, granted. However, if applied intelligently what about this strategy is so flawed? the starting hands are good, playing position is good, the advice about the various flops is sound.

Online PLO is short stacked PLO where you can't see your opponent, and that makes it a very different game. this approach does minimize the guessing and allows you to get your money in good, does it not? It is most definetly not optimal in the sense that you can't get big bucks from the monster hand but doesn't getting big bucks from a monster hand mean that you were in a close equity situation anyway? and you had to wait a LONG time before getting into the situation because the other guy also has to have a very big hand before betting his stack. He doesn't have to have such a big hand to try & swat you. aren't you going to find many more EV+ bets for 5% of your bankroll this way?

What advantage would you have over someone with a $200 playing this way, and doing a good job of it, at a $1000 table?
