I always say I'll bet my quads if I flop them...and I did.
Card house in San Jose, In the BB, I have [7d]. Six limpers of course(nine handed), SB completes and I check.
Flop is [7s][6s]. Nice.
SB checks, I bet. Call, call, call, call, call, fold, call. Someone actually folded on the flop...minor miracle.
Turn is the . This is where the magic starts.
SB checks, I bet. Call, call, and LP player raises. Fold, Fold, and SB 3 bets. I cap.
LP and SB call, all others fold.
River is . Whee...
SB bets into me. If he has a SF, I am paying it off all day...I actually mentioned this to him earlier which if I was writing a movie script would be nice foreshadowing. LP calls two bets cold. SB reraises, and I cap. LP and SB call the raises. I just wish it wasn't a 4-bet max at the Garden City.
LP had [8s] and didn't hit his two outer on the turn. SB had 55....guess that was the card I was wishing for.
Won $417 and dinner at 3/6 tonight playing a little less than 3 hours.
