I prefer re-raising OOP and just calling in position. In general.

I would take a $30 raise, at $5/$10, to somewhere between $90 and $150. Circumstances would have to be very special for it to be more. You're forgetting about AK4 flops, where he almost certainly doesn't stack you. You oughta be able to get away from JJ with $1100 behind, and only $110 in pre flop, when he flops a set, somewhere around 1/3rd of the time I predict.

I think $110 is perfect and agree with Xastons reasoning about the AK4 flop.

i like a reraise to a bit more but not by much. maybe to 150 total at most.

I second shobute, you want to raise to give worse odds, but you also want to get action with your high pairs. A big reraise might work if your image is right, if you make a lot of reraises.
