5/10NL River Madness, What should I do?

His play is pretty classic, he flops a monster, lets you have 2 cards to catch up then stacks you with the worse hands.

I agree that weak, weak STRONG is always a monster hand, sometimes idiots will do this with AQ, but not many half decent players will check twice then have a raising war on the river if they don't atleast have the obvious hands beat (straight,flush,open trips) etc.
