PTO - not importing all hands?

No, I don't have any filters on.

PTO reckons I am $1000+ DOWN in 2006, I haven't been playing much or indeed especially seriously but I am definitely up in this period, and I'd estimate I'd played more hands than it says, or something....

For instance, PTO reckons I have won about $1.5k less than I actually have at Party since the middle of April (this is taking bonuses etc fully into account, obviously)... I mean, I've counted up my buyins and bonuses freed in this period and subtracted that from the increase in the money in my account, and it comes to $1.5k more than PT says.

It thinks I've won a princely $248 at Cryptologic sites in this period, when I know for a fact I've won quite nicely on them....

Every time I try to upload hands from Cryptologic or from Party it always says something about errors in certain hands and downloads what seems to be a lower number of hands than I'd be expecting. What can be causing this? I've always had this problem, that is, last year when I was playing more regularly and using PTO to try to log my play, it didn't seem to be importing all my hands and I seemed to get error messages from importing them.

I'll try to do an import today and see what the error messages are, and get back to you...

Also, i'm not sure how to get Pokerstars HHs into my DB? PTO is asking me to specify where the HH files are kept but I'm not sure where Stars stores them?

Sometimes when I import from Crypto especially it just freezes, too, as it did now; it rattled along for a while then seemed to get stuck on one hand for about 10-15 minutes, so I tried to shut the programme down. Even clicking the "End Now" icon in the "Not Responding" popup doesn't make it close....

It just seems quite flakey when I use it, and I guess I'm doing something wrong (or my PC is not configured right for it in some way, or something)... I don't think other people have these problems so I think it's just me. Unfortunately, being a bit of a PTO idiot I don't really know what's going on!
