I'm not sure I like it.

Actually I really DO like it. Since Kenny has him on a junk hand, he can't get a decent size value bet paid off but a really crappy hand (like bottom pair) might pay off a tiny bet, and an aggressive donk could very well decide to bluff, being frustrated at not being able to call such a tiny bet and percieving it as weakness. Well played I say!
