I treat the minimum bet as a check. Just ignore it.

On the turn here, I would have checked behind if he had checked, trying to catch one of my outs. Plus he minbet/called before, he'll probably do it again. So just call and try to catch. You're definitely getting the right price.

You don't have the option to re-raise on the flop since he just called your raise, I assume you ment to say 'raise' not 're-raise'.

In a multiway pot with an ace on the flop I probably don't raise there. The minibet makes it an easy +EV call so there's no doubt that is a good choice, a raise could win it immediatly (which is what you want) or buy a free card (which isn't a very good consolation price really, more of a limit move, and if he will minibet the turn anyway you're just costing yourself money).

I probably just play it ABC. Call the flop, call the turn, fold the river.
