Fire up the table you want to record then click to start WME - it asks what quality you want (click medium) - also make sure you check the 'audio' box and have a mic plugged in if you want sound - it then asks what you want recording - just select the table window which will be listed (it lists all open windows in a drop down menu) - you then get the opton to start recording right away or later - if you are good to go start right away - WME then minimises itself and you are left recording - bandwidth wise I think it's about 1.5MB/minute or so, so if the free upload sites let you upload up to 100 MB that should be good for an hour or so..it is saved as a wmv file (which you can mess arond with with windows movie maker if you like)
I have never used Camstudio so I don't know how that compares.
