Using PT can give you pretty good reads on 3-4 tables at once (certainly to the extent that you need them on a $25 or $50 table).

Ice you have become my new hero. When I grow up I want to be able to observe four tables at once just like you. Plus you have given me justification to buy a new 20" monitor (wife might not love you as much as I) lol .

Played my first No Limit session yesterday. Actually my first No Limit session since I have studied No Limit lol. Played $25 NL, played 131 hands and won $37.60, but I could not beleive how scared I played. I saw the Nuts behind every tree and under every bed.

Most certianly thought more about losing my stack than maximizing my winnings. Well I guess I will get use to it sooner or later, hopefully sooner.

This is 115 big bets/100 hands - a fantastic rate.
Perhaps what you perceive as 'scared' is just cautious. In an environment where some folks will push all-in with top pair no kicker (or even 2nd pair) any sane player is bound to leave some money on the table to stupid overbets at some point, but if you can make 100BB/100 you shouldn't mind that one bit....

Excession, thanks for the kind words. If this rate is sustainable I will quit my job lol. You mentioned that PT had the info that I needed to track four tables at NL $25 & $50 level. Which stats do you consider the ones I need to accomplish that task.

Scott thanks for your valuable input. Discussing and sharing differnet opinions and viewpoints is what makes sight like this worth while (as long as folks don't start insulting and flaming each other).

I concur with everyone who's saying that the 50NL game is pretty much just as bad as the 25NL game (not only just on party, but everwhere i've been playing so far).

I took way to long to get up to the 50NL game partly because i had a month long breakeven streak and partly because I was pouring all my extra profits into my vacation fund (going to Vegas first week of may) and wanted to pay for the whole thing (tirp, poker, prostitutes and food lol) with poker winnings.

Now that I've got mroe than enough set aside for that I finally started taking shots at the 50NL games and have discovered that I should have done this a long time ago.

So, playing low level NL as a 2nd job (basically what i've been doing for a couple of months now) and wanting to get to the point where you can pull down 250 per week is definately an attainable goal.
Being that you are a limit player it will take some time to get to that point (limit habits can be hard to break sometimes) but based on the fact that you were a winning 5/10 limit player (i think that's what you said) then I have no doubt that you will beable to achieve your goal on the NL tables.
