On this one, I had every intention of folding until the action got back to me. I'd seen the mini-bettor make the same move and fold just a few hands earlier, and he just seemed horribly weak, passive, donk-ish.

My real question on this one is whether I should have check-raised the river. I really think I should have at least mini-raised ... ??

A mini-bet/call is always some weak-ass draw. I figured 65 when I saw it. I don't know why they do it, they shouldjust take the free card or make a real bet and get some fold equity. Muppets.

I think I like it all the way. My usual line would be to bet something on the river as I think it's more than possible he has a high pair of some sort that would at least pay something off, though against someone you know likes to bluff when checked to (I figure most of the time the typical $100 player who makes that min bet either has next to nothing or something that he's happy to show down for free, like a pair of kings, and they're usually not that agressive) it's not a bad idea actually.

If you do get him to bet out I don't think I like the raise too much - on the off chance he had K7 on the flop (unlikely but not impossible for a min bet) you don't want to face a raise, and in all honesty I can't see him calling a raise with pretty much any vaguely feasible hand here that you beat. As you've already described him as weak passive-ish I think it raises the chance he genuinely has something on the river, but it's still an easy call obviously. Don't think a raise will achieve much unless he has a 7 (and in that unlikely event I expect he'll have a K or a 4 fairly often too).
