How to get the most money in with the nuts (5/5 live)

Ok some background info first.

I've been at the table for about 45 minutes, bought in 800, am up to about 1200.
Sb is basically unknown. He won a $100 tourney with about 30 people before the cash game started, which is the only reason he's playing.
BB is fairly solid, but he's rich as crap so he doesn't really care about the money that much.
SB has 600 and BB has me covered by a little.

I'm one spot behind the CO and open the pot to my standard raise of $15 with .

The SB and BB both call and I flop 774 rainbow

The check to me and I fire out the CB for $30 just like I do every hand. SB looks like he's about to raise but just calls. BB thinks for a second and pops it up to 120.

Who calls and who raises here? If you just call what's your plan for the turn?

I decide to just call as I know SB is calling, and maybe even raising if he has a 7 or 44.

SB calls and there's like 400 in the pot.

Turn brings a K (all rainbow now)

SB checks and BB fires out 200.

Again: Just call? Raise?

I decide to just call again, as if SB calls he's basically commited so I can focus on getting BB's money on the river. SB thinks and thinks and pushes like 180, BB tries to raise but the dealer says he can't raise since that's not a full bet, so he calls and I call.

River is a 2

He shoves, I call and scoop the pot against his 44. SB had 88 lol.

I think I got really lucky here to get so much money out of this pot but I'm not sure what the best way is to get all the money in while keeping the SB in at the same time.

Slowplaying as much as possible works well here because you have position.

Yeah I'm usually not a big fan of slowplaying, and if this was heads up I wouldn't have, but trying to get them both to commit their stacks is hard. It worked out great but I'm just not sure if this is the best play usually.

It's usually not, but you had position on both of them and you knew they were most likely drawing to a combined 4 outs. I'd play it the same as you did and expect to stack at least one (obviously if they ever both checked to you you're firing out).

Preflop I'm not sure why $15 is your standard open with $1200 behind.
