well sb's pf RR represents QQ KK AA (maybe AK).. 2 of those 4 hands has u dominated right now... one is VERY scared of that flop.. there is really no need to raise this flop whatsoever imo.. ur either beaten to a pulp or ur ahead here..
if he has the QQ, then let him keep betting into you.. if u raise that flop then QQ is dropping his hand and you no longer gain any value from when u are vs. an opponent who is betting weaker holding on that flop.... if u raise, then ur gonna get repoped by AA/KK or even AK and then ur gonna have a really hard decision to make for ur entire stack (ur gonna be wondering hmm.. does opponent have higher set, or top 2???). A flop raise here is only going to get called / re-raised if ur behind most of the time (its possible he could have AK).
with that being said, i would flat call the flop bet, and see a turn card.. and re-evaluate the situation on the turn.. getting ready to drop the hand if a Q, J comes..
if he continues betting turn, then i probably flat call (depending on bet size) and re-evaluate the river.
if he checks turn, then u know u are ahead, and u should lead out (maybe bet about 90$ on turn). be rdy to put down if he cr's turn tho.
in any case, this is a very sticky situation you got into... id try my best to keep pot small, and to try to take it to showdown without commiting my entire stack.
i think ur pf play was fine tho.... u have good implied odds to be playing for set value there
