So if your raise flop to $22 or $24, which I think is the correct thing to do, the pot on the turn will be ~$60 and Villain will have ~$75 left. Any meaningful bet is going to commit you, so I think you have to either check behind hoping to fill up and planning to fold to most river bets if you miss, OR just put him all-in. I can't see a good third option and of these 2 I pick the first one.
Based on his flop and turn play, I think Axs is very possible. But obviously you have to make your decision based on the flop play alone, so putting him on the FD and then putting him all in would be a bit of a gamble.
