What does a push like that get a call from that 33 beats?

Indeed...this hand is very read and image dependant. With Xaston's likely image and if villain is very aggressive, I'd instacall this.
Against a more cautious opponent you might find a fold but I think I call anyway because this is played like a draw and its only 1 stack. If he can push a set like this then more power to him, but I almost never see this with a set.
