I read those post you directed me too and in them Miller was talking about raising A10s from the button with 5 limpers being a positive play and not from the small blind. I can certainly agree that the button raise in this situation is a positive move but from the blinds I am still somewhat of a sceptic that this is a positive situation because of your position.

Funny how limit was fun when you were winning; you posted the big smiles. You were happy. Limit is more of a roller coaster. If you go in hoping to never get outdrawn then don't play limit. Part of the fun of playing limit post flop is the endless drawing possibilities and how best to play them. You had 2 sessions where the suckouts weren't bad and you won. You had one miserable session where the suckouts caught up with you. Well that's what's supposed to happen. Barry T told me a top pro wins 60-67% of his sessions. What just happened to you in Limit is exactly what is supposed to happen. You still are ahead.
Also if the suckouts are too many..and they most certainly are at 2-4 and below, then move up. You certainly have the bankroll for 3-6 and the suckouts will be slightly less.
As you know Ice I've been propping lately and I play a lot of 5 and 6 handed limit. The suckouts here are a lot less as you are only likely to end up with two calling stations in a hand against you rather than 5.
Its all about expectations. When you get 5 callers with AA you SHOULD lose 6 out of 10 times. That's what the math says. So when people go to limit and get their aces cracked they blame the game, when the reality is you are supposed to lose more than half the time. And you will lose money desparately trying to defend your AA against the field. So blame your unrealistic expectations. i don't want to play a game where AA gets cracked 60% of the time; so I won't play with 6 calling stations at the table. I suggest either moving up or the 6 handed tables.
