5/10 AQ tough spot

Opponent was new to the table. He bought in for a low stack but had worked his way up quickly. He had just beaten me in a hand where he had $400. He raised and i made it $100 more to call w/ AK suited. He calls. Flop came A95. I check out of position. He checks behind. I push for his last 250 on turn.. he calls with a set of 9s and beats me.

He's been acting pretty manaical since getting a decent stack for this short time. My gut said I was winning on the turn.
