KQ flops top two facing massive overbet (NL200 6max Stars)

About 20 seconds before my time ran out I managed to get GT+ working and had these stats on the villian: 40/16/6.50 over 100 or so hands.
Given those stats, would you call?
If villian was an unknown, would you call?

I called. The turn was the ![[9c]](https://livepokerforum.com/images/smilies/9c.gif "The Nine of Clubs")
and he river the ![[4d]](https://livepokerforum.com/images/smilies/4d.gif "The Four of Diamonds")
, probably two of the worst cards to come off. Thankfully he had QTo and I won.
I think the fact he was a maniac is what made me make this call, and I would have folded if he was an unknown - for the reason that when he's ahead (set or straight) i'm drawing very thin with 4 outs at best. When i'm ahead, he almost always has 8+ outs with some sort of diamond draw or straight draw + pair. I really need him to be pushing QT and K8 and single-pair hands here I think.
