Villian is a moron has blead off 2 buy ins. I hate min raises preflop especially against short stacks. I really dont want to play all in on a coin flop poker against an idiot. I think maybe I should have just pushed the flop??

Why not smooth call that flop? Are you going AI with your '8'? If you expect your draw to get 'big' for you don't you have to chance being the 'only flush draw' and get more money in by inviiting callers or am I being too optimistic here? But if you can't drive people out because any 'decent sized' raise you make is going to fold to a reraise, and if you are afraid of an overflush if it hits haven't you already overplayed this hand? I think if you are going to continue after the turn you want to keep the pot small until you see something more concrete and I agree with looking for a better spot than maybe 50-50 so fold.

I think my 3rd least favorite thing would be playing 82s and going to the felt hitting top pair no kicker. Oops, second pair no kicker.

I fvcking love playing short stacks. I just love it when they call raises OOP for like 1/4 of their stack, then push AI with a draw when I have a set, or CRAI when they hit TPNK. I have taken more money from them than my wife has taken off of me.

Well I can't agree with Allstar, his wife has taken a lot more money from me than I have gained from shortstacks, but I still like shorties. Miniraises are a pain in the ass though (which I like when it comes from Allstars wife or I wouldn't have bought the x-large dildo, but not when it comes at the poker table).

Either way, I am not calling even a miniraise from the BB with 82s, but if I do, that is pretty much the best flop I can hope for. As played I prefer to either get it all-in on the flop OR smooth call, I think making a non-all-in-raise is a bad option because what just happened could happen. On the turn I call. Surely you have odds against anything but .
