Bet 3/4 of the pot and go from there. He called twice, he didn't reraise, so KK-JJ are unlikely, aren't they? If he has an underpair he'll instafold, if he calls spike a T, if he raises then fold. He has no way of knowing you don't have KK-JJ yourself so he shouldn't get feisty without a solid hand.
