What the hell do I do? How could he possibly have the flush? He called a flop bet on a board with 3 different suits!

It's quite possible that Villain called the flop with a pair or straight draw and then backed into the flush but he could also have 2 pair, a set, or a 6.

You call his pot sized bet on the river. Every time. You can't push and you damn sure can't fold.

If he has the flush or somehow QT then suck it up and move on.
