Normally I would say just check, however I can't for the life of me figure out why he would check the river after calling at that way with a full house

I agree that he probably had a hand like A10 or K10... couldnt get away from flop after hitting TP or MP and draw... tried to trap turn for river bet by just calling turn bet... board paired on river and scared him and he checked... ALLLLLLL INNNNNNN. I'd def push here considering that the villian and you both have about ~70$ with a ~$150 pot... yea, all in and you are getting called by the villian 80% of the time that he has a 10 I'd speculate, especially since you said he's fairly loose. otherwise, he has a hand like AQ as mentioned, and he'll fold. I'd guess 20% possibility he slowplayed AK.
