I would push in most case, I worry that a river card can kill my action, moreover my hand is disguised with a flop raise.
As to OPP holdings 2pair+ for sure and he is not folding in most cases.
P.S. River cards that kill action 6, 9, J , and any diamond = 17. And you are going to face a crying call (or it willl kill your action) if board pairs 12. So it makes 29 outs. Easy push?
