Tried short handed last night for the first time on a $200 table after everyone else left. The two remaing players were the big stacks for the night and me, down a couple hundred from tilting after being sucked out on for the last 2 days. Finally calmed down and was bringing it back when the table broke and left us 3. I have never tried short handed but these 2 players were super tight so I thought I would give it a try. For those who have never tried it it was very interesting and fun. You play super fast and can walk all over tight players. Tons of semi bluffing, bet/fold, check raising. It seemed the faster I played the better my decisions became and the worse theirs got. Think I tilted them both and reversed the big stack of the two.
Anyhow, does anyone have any thoughts on short handed. A few things I did were play large pocket pairs hard, played non nut lows and flushes hard. Folded to reraises a bit (note here- this is where they messed up the most, they refused to fold to my reraises time after time). Lost many little pots but won all the big ones. I guess I'm rambling but I will definetly do this again if I can find a couple of tighties or maniacs with no clue. One maniac did join in for a while, stacked him twice. I think a very good lag that can fold as well as push (sorry Phil that leaves you out) could really do well short handed. Thoughts or comments on how to best play short handed?

- Pick the occassional spot for a bluff, mostly in small and small-medium sized pots.
