Do you guys raise SCs from UTG+1?

Should I be opening with [8d]

[9d]? (if my post flop play is good)

I only do if there are uber donks all over the table...the problem with limping in EP is that you're probably OOP AND in a raised pot...if it's an unraised pot then you're just not going to win much since you want to hit HARD with these sorts of hands. The nice thing about raising them in position is the fold equity on your CBs AND that your hand will be hidden when you hit hard.

By default, position makes your post flop play better / easier. You REALLY need position to maximize a SC. Fold them in EP.

Awesome Allstar. Now here is a question..what are some key post flop techniques do you use to maximize your wins? I know preflop is very important, but it seems you must have the post flop skills down to do really well. Would love to hear anyone else who wants to chime in on post flop and expand upon on this strategy thread. Thanks!
