I checked the flop because I didnt want to play a big pot here. I was planning on betting just about any non club turn. i think theres a better chance that I get called by a hand that I have beat after checking the flop ( in any hand, not just this one). I think you just about always get called by a weaker hand after checking the turn.

Anyway, I checked behind and he had [Td]

[9d]. Who knows if he wouldve called a river bet or not with that, but I thought there was a decent chance he had a Q there.
