when i said 6 tables i meant 6-tabling (not 6-max)I think that is too many tables for 6-max(as in players). I play almost exclusively 6-max and I agree the best way to learn is play shorthanded. We mean the exact same thing I think. Sorry about the confusion.

Had a great week playing NL10 4 tables. I must say that I'm getting the hang of multi-tabling. Moved back to Stars today and played NL50 2 tables. I had trouble playing the hand below. I know that I should have extracted more money from the villain but I guess I need more hands under my belt to be able to clean house. Please chime in and help me grow.

ffs bet your hands. NO one else is going to do it, and you need to charge people to draw. Formula for success at low limit NL = make a hand, bet pot all three streets, repeat. You are slowplaying a vulnerable hand. A recepie to win the minimum and lose the maximum. Bet, bet, bet. Minimum bets with the nuts make baby jesus cry.

I guess I left one habbit for another. I used to have the "all-in" disease and now that I've managed to shrug it off, I find myself slow-playing, setting myself up for disaster. Aaahhhh!!!
