good river overbet? NL50 8-max

I have about 90$
MP1 has me covered, (regular, pretty fishy underbets his made hands and lets people draw really cheaply, semi-loose and quite passive 30/1/0.75 type)
CO has 70$ (fairly fishy, thinks TP is the nuts, pays alot to draw but rarely bets draws)
button has about 50 (regular fairly solid for iPoker, bets big with big hands and his only usually mistakes come with overpairs, fairly tight passive)
BB has about 45 (no reads, he is just 55/5/.75 over about 25 hands)
UTG+1 has 30$ (big fish, doubled up on me a few hands earlier where he went all in with QT versus my KK pre-flop)

I am in MP2 with

1 fold, UTG+1 limps, MP1 limps, I raise to 3, CO calls, Button calls, SB folds, BB calls, UTG+1 and MP1 call.

Flop

Pretty dry flop, it is checked to me I bet 13$ (pot is ~18), CO calls, everyone else folds.

Turn [6]

Big blank but the pot is getting too big for my liking with just 1 pair, so I check (this standard?), CO bets 8$ into a 32$ pot, so I kinda put him on a decent hand at least TPGK, but quite possibly 2 pair or a set.

river

Is this bad? thoughts?

I reallly dont like the turn/ river play mostly your turn play. Sure you have only one pair but it is an overpair and to this point villian has given you no indication that you hand is no good. Bet the turn or CR all in, this hand never should be getting to the river. What happens when you an AKJ8 comes off? Now you have built a bigger pot and are oop. The river card improves you but 910 just hit his draw and the way the hand played out it is a definate possibilty and unless villian has a set or a big 2 pair its going to be hard to get paid off.
