I don't understand the flop bet, what hand would bet 2/3 of the pot there that raises PF? A27J? If you're going to cbet a flop like this I'd just pot it and really find out where you're at.

On the turn, I think I'd fold because the stack sizes and being in position make it such that you're not going to be able to blow him off his hand if you make a low on the end. If you were OOP I think a call would be a better play since you could potentially fold out a weak str or set by potting when you river the low, and because a bet in the case of the 4-out fill would look like a bluff to your opponent.
