5/10 SH TPGK flush draw.

I should have lead this flop and 3 bet all in... but i didn't. beyond that what is the optimal play once I check?

I have a good read on CO who has about $1070 left. He is TAG and will fold AK and KQ (not to mention all the random hands he may hold) to significant action. Button sucks and is short.. he doesn't concern me.

My options:

3. raise to 4 or 500

I want action all the time with this hand Kenny..

I raise $200 ($300 Max) to CO...

If CO pushes i instant call, If CO calls then pretty much any turn card is pushable

You are only 50/50 worst against AK/AA, in fact you would rather OOP have AA.

on this specific flop i don't like a bet/3-bet all in. if CO raises you (and if your read is right), he'll have AA, AK, or KK...maybe occasionally a lower set, and then some of your outs are not really outs. at 5/10 shorthanded i don't think you can count on him giving you credit for a set.

i like a CR only if you think CO calls your raise with diamonds. i don't think he'll ever fold better hands to a flop CR on this board.

i actuallly think check/call is best on the flop. makes it real easy for him to put you on the naked flush draw and fire a 2nd barrel on the turn. if the turn is a or a Q i would lead.....anything else i'd probably check/call again.

Pretty tough spot oop. If you push he will often call with AK and fold hands that you beat, you're showing a lot of strength.

I might consider a check, callin a push if you feel you're good, depending on his timing, etc. There aren't many cards that hurt you if you're ahead with TP, and you might induce a bluff from QQ/JJ/TT.

Hero is pretty much coinflipping against AK so even if opponent has AK every time and calls every time it won't be -EV.

11 outs (10 if villain has ) is not exactly a coinflip.

what's more important is that the typical 5/10 TAG's open-raising range from the CO is largely comprised of hands that are drawing to 2 outs or to runner-runner. if we can get him to fire a 2nd barrel....that's sweet. if we can see more cards before getting all-in some of those times when we're significantly behind to a set, that's good too.
