Pretty amazed KQJ9ds wasn't a slim favourite here. Were both his flushes dead? I'm not surprised you were favourite if so but perhaps unusual it was by that much.
I think anyone else would play it exactly the same.

Yeah I love the little cards against people pushing like crazy in PLO. The only problem is you can easily be fairly dominated (by a slightly higher wrap) and, no matter how many players are in, it ALWAYS seems to come KQJ on the flop when you have 4567ds

Kind of back to the short-stack thread... While I haven't really given it too much of a fair chance (only a couple of days), I am not enthusiastic about it for the Stars game.
But for this live game, which seems to happen Fri. and Sat. night quite often (and I can always play NLHE if it doesn't), what do you think of buying in for maybe $100 in this 1/2 and trying to sit to the right of the chronic raiser (if it's the same guy, I'm guessing he makes it $10 like 80% of the time)? I think this might be a good spot to try out some Rolf, actually, as it plays super-LAG-ish, and, to play it properly, I feel like I really do need to buy in for $400, but at the moment, I'm not excited about the swings involved in potential multiple rebuys at $400 a pop...
