Edit: the limp-repop weapon becomes far more effective when you also open limp speculative hands often at the low blind levels. This is precisely why I do it. Do I get raised out often? Yes. Is that a problem? No. If my opponents had good self-control (say, like the players in the $55 tourneys), I would not profit, because they would fold when i repop, unless they have bigguns themselves. But, since they don't have much self control at this level, I win big over time. A nice side benefit is that I do get to catch crazy hands sometimes, which helps me build a donkish image. Being seen as loose, passive, donkish is precisely what a tight passive/aggressive variable player wants to have happen.
