His range is a lot bigger than AQ+ and TT+. Why cant u understand that? The guy is really tight, but he is not open folding AJ or a low-med PP or KQ or probably a lot more hands. And miniraises do not equal monsters most of the time late in these tourneys. I promise u.

With the weak thight read you have on him. I like min re-raise. See what he does. If he pushes I call if he flat calls I know I have him where I want him. When he checks the flop I push and he folds. I get 15K of his chips and he gets to try and hang on past the bubble.

Can't out play them if they're all in.

It's hard to compare the two, though. If I recall, villain in this hand had an M of 8 which I guess is like 15 BB or something. It's enough that you usually are going to put in a slightly bigger raise if you actually want them to fold. Turbo SNG, if it's near the bubble stage, semi short stack will probably have an M of like 4-5, and really needs to think about saving that extra bb.

And also like they said, he's tight which probably means he knows a little bit about the game... probably enough to know that minraising to steal without ultra ultra shallow stacks is pretty bad.
