I've been playing my AA's worse and worse, I was sure I was beat once when I limped it in EP, flop comes QT9 with two clubs and is bet, and my raise is called, but it stood up. I finally lost AA #49 playing ultra horribly. Thing is, I had pretty much decided that I wasn't folding AA ever again until I had lost a showdown with it, I wanted to make sure this run continued as far as possible.
I limp UTG, LP one limper and both blinds play. Flop comes TT3, BB bets small (2xBB) so I figure he hasn't got the T (always slowplay trips you know...) and call. Turn is another 3, on the flop I put him on a 3 or a small PP. He bets the same amount, I call. River is a 6 and he bets 4xBB I pretty much know he has a 3 by now but I spend the extra 4bb to make sure. He flips 63o.
Of course I should have raised the flop or river but I just wanted to keep the pot small and figured on the flop that he was drawing to 2 outs or had me dead, on the river I should be able to rep the T but it really doesn't matter at this level, they'll call even though they "know" they're beat. Hell, one guy slowplayed his flush on a paired turn, then called by big bet even though the board showed trips on the river (I put him on the nut flush and bet my TP/boat big for value).
It was a good run, 48 (or was it 49..) AA in a row, good luck beating that guys!
