ugh! seems my attempts to outdonk the donkies don't really work - some of the calls I met when I fired 2nd and 3rd barrels were as incredible as you would expect if you know Tribeca

One overaggro sites like B2B and Tribeca I far prefer the good old 'TDF' tactics...

I suggest you give CR some more time, it takes time to adapt and the sample is waaay to small.

Just because you watch cardunners you don't have to raise everything and try to take down as many hands as possible postflop.

Switching gears postflop is key, as soon as I see someone at my table who starts adapting to my raises and calling me down more light I tighten up considerably postflop against that opponent for a while, I CB a lot less unless I have a legit hand/draw and when I finally do hit and bet big I usually take down a nice pot.

When I have hit a legit hand and won at showdown I loosen up again and repeat above.

Some players will never adapt and fold to just about all my CB's but I often find 1 or 2 players at the table who starts calling me more often and start floating on me.

My variance is really not that much higher than before, I don't think it has to be.

Also I have taken out second barelling with complete air from my arsenal, at least when playing donks at PP.

Ive watched alot of the CR videos and I have incorporated some of their style int mine, but what i cant figure out is why in the videos, the hero takes it down with a CB like 80% of the time and against me its quite the opposite.

Im definatley playing tighter than the CR video guys, but yet I get called on the flop constantly. I dont think they edit the videos, but it almost seems like they try to show videos where everyone just constantly lays down for them.

LOL. Seriously, Excession a stats-junkie such as yourself should no this is too small of a sample to draw any reliable conclusions.

LOL I gave up long before I looked at the numbers - after 3 years I know when I'm playing like a donk and I don't need to drop 25% of my roll to 'prove it'before I stop..


and Ice the difference is that we play at Tribeca and the CR guys at UB. The classic CR style gets murdered at Tribeca for obvious reasons - mainly that pot building pre-flop and going ultra aggro in a pool full of CS and maniacs is way bad without having the hand to back it up..

Video subscription site. I've noticed the more recent vids have adjusted the system somewhat. In Green Plastic's latest where he plays under a different handle at 5/10 he notes he's had to adjust to combat the proliferation of LAG's he's facing. The method includes playing tighter and reraising as a squeeze more often rather than raise + CB.

They are planning to use Microsoft Meeting to give 'private lessons'. Wouldn't that technically be 'collusion' on m ost sites if they use it during 'real money' play?
