I open-limp UTG+2 [8s], MP2 limps, CO raises to 440. I'm the only caller.

This is pretty bad.

Fold to his raise preflop, fold on the flop, fold on the river.

I know preflop u were getting odds if u were to stack him..but i still dont like it.
