Reraise both pre-flop. You were short on #1 so getting Tens all-in pf is better. I would raise the flop too on #1. As played I'd probably flat call. I guess it doesn't matter b/c both of these guys called.

#2 Reraise preflop. I'm fine with the flop push. Makes it look drawy.
