Villian is 35/25 preflop over something like 50 hands. I have not seen him 3-bet preflop before. I've seen him win a big pot sucking out with top two vs a flopped set. I don't know how he doubled on this table but my instinct is that he's not really that good.

Obviously a great flop for my hand. I'm fairly sure he knows my button raising range is rather large so his 3-betting range is probably large too considering he apparently likes to raise.
Is this spot a raise or a call? Obviously folding would be stupid, but do I want to risk building a very large pot here with a medium overpair?
