$25FR Two pair facing all-in on turn

Hi everyone, this is a great website. I've only been playing NL for about 4 months and have learned a tonne from the posts in this forum and the articles on the main website. Been playing mostly FR but a little 6max as well. Just when I feel my game is coming along I am faced with one of these.

Villain is 35/3.37/4.40 over 89 hands
Over the same 89 hands I am 19.5/7.35/3.59

2 folds, Villain calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.25) , , (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Villain bets $0.5, Hero calls $0.50 (I know...ugh), Button folds, SB folds, BB folds.

My thinking here was that Villain is pretty deep stacked and I'm willing to peel another off for .50 . Should I have been raising here instead as this would likely eliminate the players behind me and give me position on the turn? In any case everyone folded behind me but now I made it look like I am drawing instead of showing strength.

Turn: ($2.25) (2 players)
Villain bets $1, Hero raises to $3, Villain raises to $32.2, Hero ?

Is he just pushing me off a flush draw here? He was pretty passive preflop and could be on AJ-KJ-33. I won't even dismiss an overpair at this point or even JJ. Maybe top pair and a flush draw.

77-55 or 64s don't seem realistic to me.

What I didn't expect was a $32.20 bet into a $6.25 pot. So often these overbets mean the nuts at 25NL.
What would you do here?

I know I played this pretty bad to get to this point but here it is staring me in the face.

you look beat to me. i would fold the flop. im guessing better two pair or 64.
