I guess it depends on what you know about hossssssssse_u. Would he raise utg with anything other than AA? Would he reraise like that with anything other than a set? Of course, if he just has a killer low draw like 245x you are 50/50 and would have to call.

Problem is, there are almost no reasonable hands out there that would make that reraise that you dominate enough to make up for the times that you are up against a set, or top 2 with a low draw. You're calling $275 into $800+, so it's probably a must call regardless, but you have to figure you are toast here.

Maybe a smaller flop raise would allow you to get away, but it would also allow janky lows to chase, so I don't think I have a problem with your raise. I would have done it probably half the time, and probably flat called the other half, because I am oftentimes a pussy with 2 pair.
